Founded in 2020 by Bryan Ballard, Tallgrass began with a deep passion for the outdoors and wildlife—and has since grown into a trusted name in comprehensive land and site preparation across Kansas City, St. Joseph, Topeka, Lawrence, and the surrounding region.

We serve residential, commercial, agricultural, utility, and municipal clients with a wide range of services that fall into two core areas: Forestry Services and Excavation & Site Prep.
